Refund policy

Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package. You can report the issue by sending a photograph of the product and parcel via WhatsApp or email. We will initiate a return and process your replacement order as soon as we receive the returned parcel in its original condition. If you prefer a refund, please specify this when you contact us. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment method once the returned item is received in its original condition.

Damaged Products: Should you receive a damaged product, please take a photograph of the item and parcel, and email it to us at hello@vcnaturaloils.com with the subject line "Damaged Package" within 24 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement parcel within three working days of receiving your claim. If you prefer a refund, please specify this when you contact us. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment method.
