Bhindi Masala

INGREDIENTS
- 500g Bhindi
- 3 Tbsp Vasara Cold Pressed Groundnut Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 large Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger-garlic Paste
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red chili Powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh Coriander, chopped, for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Rinse the okra and pat dry completely. Cut into small pieces.
Step 2: In a pan, heat the groundnut oil and add mustard seeds. Wait till they splutter.
Step 4: Add chopped tomatoes, coriander powder, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
Step 5: Add okra, mix well, and cook on medium heat until okra is tender and slightly crispy (approximately 15-20 minutes), stirring occasionally.
Step 6: Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
